After a session, your horse may feel calm or slightly tired — a normal and positive response. Allow gentle rest, access to water, and short periods of light movement help the body integrate the therapy. Further guidance will be given at the end of the session.
Over the next 24–48 hours, you may notice improved movement, increased flexibility, or a more relaxed demeanour. Mild stiffness can occasionally appear as muscles adjust, which typically settles quickly.
Simple, practical advice may be shared to help you support your horse between sessions. This can include small adjustments to routine or handling that encourage relaxation, comfort, and ongoing muscular health.
Depending on your horse’s needs, a structured treatment plan may be recommended. Regular sessions can help maintain progress, support performance, and provide consistent care for long-term wellbeing.
Progress is tracked over time, allowing treatments to be adapted as your horse responds and treatment will be continually monitored over time. Each session is adapted accordingly, ensuring the approach remains effective, appropriate, and aligned with your horse’s changing needs.
