The Equine initial assessment is a 2 hour minute appointment which requires the therapist to record horse, owner, vet information, along with assessments of the horse. This appointment also includes a 45 minute massage including palpation.

Once the compulsory Equine Initial Massage has been completed then the standard treatments can go ahead. This appointment consists of palpation of muscles, this then decides the level of treatment in the session. This appointment is 45 minutes.
